dreams so vivid my head confuses them with real memories when they flood my waking mind
leaving me momentarily suspended between the real and fantastic, short of breath
wild psyche these days...

in the past seven days, i have become painfully aware of how much i act out of 'habit'.
so easy to rely on habitual consistency, it is.
especially those habits that are linked to particular locations and particular company.


LIVE IN THE NOW.

All I have is love
for every one of them
Each connection is vibrant
Every relationship special
My affections cannot be compared
They are as beautiful and unique
as the individuals they are for

the sun.

continually pulling beautiful spinning bodies toward its core.
close, but not too close, lest they burn away into the blackness.

creating its own loneliness with its own gravitational pull.

Fallen

I've fallen off The Path.

I've allowed selfish desires to cloud my mind.
I've become overwhelmed by doubt; submerged in anxiety.
I've misplaced love, peace, and gratitude.

In seeing this, I am wandering back to The Path.

To the world and all its creatures, including my Self, I humbly offer Lovingkindness.

our river runs deep; he was a partner in many lives past

our spark is new; two old souls sharing an eternity but exploring each other for the first time

our journey has yet to be; another chance to enjoy a future path will come in due time

our world struggles to find peace; beings from two different times trying to make love all that matters
